Data Storage Note:
The Data Storage property is not available for
the Cycle + DAQ and Custom Waveform +
DAQ activities. Those activities are hardcoded
to save data.
The following Data Storage options are available:
• Save Data—(Default) Saves the data from the
test run to the data file.
• Discard Data—Does not save data. Discarded
data is not available for further viewing or for
analysis.
Buffer Type Note:
This property is not applicable to the Max/Min
DAQ activity.
Linear Buffer—Records data until it is full then
delivers it to the application for processing (blocking,
save to disk, save to variables). The size of the buffer
determines how much data is acquired before it is
written to disk or put into variables. Data is
